Products & Services
Metal Additive Manufacturing ServicesCapability
Additive Manufacturing (AM, also known as 3D printing) is a technology that creates three-dimensional objects by depositing material layer by layer. Its core principle involves slicing a digital model into thin layers and building up materials (such as plastics, metals, ceramics, etc.) to form a solid. Unlike formative manufacturing (forging, casting, welding) and subtractive manufacturing (machining), additive manufacturing offers advantages such as high design freedom, high material utilization, and the ability to rapidly produce complex structures. Falcontech has built a complete 3D printing industry chain around the Selective Laser Melting (SLM) process — encompassing structural optimization design and simulation, metal powder production for 3D printing, component 3D printing, post-processing (including hot isostatic pressing), machining, performance testing, and 3D printing equipment sales — providing customers with comprehensive metal 3D printing solutions.

Hot Isostatic Pressing ServicesCapability
Hot isostatic pressing places a component in a sealed pressure vessel and applies equal pressure in all directions together with elevated temperature. Under this combined thermal and pressure field, the component can be sintered, densified or diffusion bonded.

Precision Casting ServicesCapability
The team includes experienced specialists with deep backgrounds in aero-engine blade manufacturing. It develops blade tooling and can design complex blade wax-pattern dies and ceramic-core tooling for multi-vane, hollow and complex-surface blade structures.

Metal Powders for Additive ManufacturingCapability
Falcontech operates an imported electrode induction melting gas atomization (EIGA) titanium powder production line that entered service in 2012, with annual titanium alloy powder capacity of 90 tonnes. Proprietary non-contact electrode induction melting, high-purity inert-gas atomization, particle grading and powder-storage technologies enable crucible-free melting and controlled atomization, supporting powder with high stability, purity and sphericity.
